Birmingham-based consumer, sports and lifestyle communications agency GUNG HO has acquired influencer marketing platform, Freestak.
Specializing in the sports, fashion and lifestyle sectors, GUNG HO works with a portfolio of clients including New Balance, Speedo, CAT and Berghaus.
The deal will see Freeestak, which specializes in endurance sports including running, cycling and the outdoors, become a division of the agency.
GUNG HO’s acquisition of Freestak will allow the agency’s existing client list to benefit from Freestak’s proprietary influencer platform, which currently reaches 1,000 content creators in the UK, Europe and the US. United. It will also facilitate the expansion of the technical capabilities and reach of the Freestak platform.
