Agent Assistant – Earth Music Agency Ltd

Earth is an independent music agency founded in 2014. It provides bespoke levels of professional service to a carefully selected roster of cutting-edge talent.

We are looking for a motivated and organized Administrator and Agent Assistant with strong communication, diary and Excel skills.

This is a full-time, customer-facing position within the music industry. The successful candidate must therefore:
• Computer literate and proficient in Excel
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills/
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle occasional increases in workload

• Self-motivated and professional, helpful attitude

Candidate must be extremely organized with meticulous attention to detail.

A friendly and confident attitude on the phone is essential.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Help for agents
• Work with the agent to retrieve and gather the information required to
fulfill artists’ performance contracts
• Timely issuance of contracts, invoices and all related information
(runners, etc.) to the Promoters
• Ensure the artist has appropriate travel and logistical arrangements
(flights, hotels, pick-up) for each booking
• Coordinate advertising campaigns for the Tours with the Agent,
Promoters and design agencies.
• Gather artist information for work permits and FEUs.
• Support artists with performance logistics
• Produce and publish timetables and routes (including travel and
accommodation information) to the Artists.
• Send promotional material to promoters
• Liaise with artists and promoters as required.
• Substitute agents if necessary and screen incoming calls

Office administrative support
• General management and administrative assistance
• Collect and collate information on ticket sales from Promoters to
report to agents and artists on a weekly basis.
• Maintain and update the Festival contact list
• Assist in researching and booking travel for key personnel
• Answer incoming company phone calls
• Assist the management team with communication and the company’s agenda
save for events etc.
• provide absence/sickness cover to other assistants if necessary
On-the-job training will be provided.

This role offers real career opportunities and practical experience in the live music industry. The position would be particularly suitable for organized and competent administrators with some experience in the live music industry.
